   at first, so below are some resources I think are particularly 
    helpful if you're just starting out - stuff that might just

                         A great site jam-packed with help and inspiration, the veganuary initiative
                          challenges (and helps) you to try being vegan for one month

                          An easy to follow guide to going vegan, with a simple, 
                           approachable layout and plenty of top-quality info

                                    Another info-laden site covering all the 
                                     questions you might have about living vegan


www.onegreenplanet.org
                            Not so much a website about how to go vegan, but rather one packed
                           with news, info and support to keep you inspired every step of the way

YOUTUBERS​

Earthling Ed
                     A wonderful channel for appreciating and understanding the ethics of veganism,
                  activist and author Ed Winters' videos include some fascinating interviews and
​                   debates with those trying to defend the harming and killing of animals.
​
Pick Up Limes
                   An incredibly popular channel with lashings of great food and lifestyle tips and
               inspiration. Sadia is big on meal prep with lots of delicious recipes for keeping
​                things healthy throughout the week.
​
Mic. the Vegan
            Great short videos covering a range of topics and misconceptions, often addressed 
​            using science and studies but always wrapped up in a humorous, approachable way
​
Cheap Lazy Vegan
                        Fun videos focused mainly around food, that aim to dispel the myth
                          that being vegan can be expensive or unattainable


NutritionFacts.org
               Lots of great nutrition-related research and information as published in scientific
                journals, 
presented by Dr. Michael Gregor in short, easy-to-understand videos

DOCUMENTARIES​

​Dominion
             Essential viewing, especially for those who are not quite there in terms of fully
​            committing to a vegan lifestyle. The trailer alone is incredibly powerful 
Earthlings
         Heart-wrenching, eye-opening and informative, Earthlings might just be the hardest
        thing you'll ever watch. It's vital viewing though as scores of people (myself included)
         credit this film as giving them the wake up call they needed to truly live their values


Forks over Knives
           If you're curious about the health connotations of eating animal products or of a
          vegan diet, this well-researched and informative documentary is a great place to start

Cowspiracy
         This must-see documentary explores the devastating environmental impact of our
           demand for animal products, and its lack of coverage by environmental groups
