Even if your budget's tight . It's easy still to do what's right

There's a bit of a myth out there that only wealthy people can
live vegan but you only have to look at what people eat around
the world to see how that isn't really the case. People in less
wealthy countries rely heavily on plant-based staples while
those in the richest ones eat animal products not just daily,
   but often with every meal.
Vegan pantry staples such as rice, beans or potatoes are the
cheapest and most commonly consumed foods in the world, so
turning your chicken curry into a chickpea curry or your beef
stew into a lentil one will benefit your health and your pocket.
You can of course buy more expensive 'fake' animal products
(everything from vegan chicken wings to cheese slices and deli
meats) but these processed products are much better used
as a weekend treat than a daily staple, and taking the time
to learn how to utilize the huge variety of cheap, vegan staple
foods available is a win not just for your health, but for the
   environment and the animals, too.

Below you'll find  a range of resources for living vegan on
a budget and to help you rethink your relationship with
      food - whatever your situation.
